Computer crime unit virus

Hallo,

gisteren had ik op deze pc een geblokkeerd scherm,
vandaag heb ik opnieuw geprobeerd de pc te starten
er zit cc cleaner en f secure op de pc,
dit rapport krijg ik nu na een volledige scan .
kan ik nog iets anders doen?
ik ben echt waardeloos met pc dus ik weet het echt niet
